- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As President of the Florida Wedding & Event Professionals, we try to keep our prices in line with the area's industry standard. However, at certain times, we do "try" to work with the customer's budget within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the call or email from the customer and contact them back. We can then set up a phone or one-on-one consultation to speak with you regarding our services. We also send out a quote/agreement form that includes the date, the event times, and location along with a written, formal price quote. We will then work with you in any way we can to make the planning process easy and stress-free for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a background in music and music theory education in Los Angeles, CA Continual ongoing DJ training courses Attended many DJ conventions in various states throughout the years Experienced with over 30 years in wedding and party clients since 1988 Pyramid Disc Jockeys owner is also the President of the Florida Wedding & Event Professionals group
