- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if we are doing something as basic as changing a standard hot water tank or toilette yes, i use fixed pricing on labor only of course. As far as any remodeling or repair jobs there are too many variables to bid like that
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first visit to the home or business I greet the customer with a handshake if appropriate . Ask to see the work to be done. I will take as much time as needed to evaluate the project.. I will not rush or pressure anyone. I will give bid at the time of inspection or on bigger jobs I will have have a price within 24 to 48 hours depending the amount of much research that is needed.
