I highly recommend Jefferson Air Conditioning to anyone who have AC service and repair needs. My situation was that the AC in my house stopped working on Saturday afternoon. After finding Jefferson's Air Conditioning on Thumbtack, I called Jefferson to schedule an appointment. He was very responsive and came to my house at 9:00 AM Sunday, the next day. He was very easy to work, trustworthy, and the cost was reasonable. My AC system was 15 years old and at the very end of its life cycle. Jefferson spent a lot of time over the next couple of days trying to fix multiple problems. Unfortunately, with such an old system, he would fix one problem only to find more related issues. He found so many issues that he recommended that the entire AC system be replaced. So I followed his recommendation and replaced the existing system with a brand new one. This ultimately solved all my AC issues and it was well worth it!

AC unit was not cooling properly. After performing a complete diagnostic the problem was isolated and treated accordingly. A new capacitor and fan motor were installed. The problem was solved! Very happy to report the AC unit is cooling our home and working fine. Highly recommended!

My AC stopped working on a Friday evening at 7:00. I called 3 or 4 companies and Jefferson was the only one willing to come at that hour. He came and had everything repaired in less than 2 hours and charged less than $200. Thank you.
