- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep our pricing as fair and affordable as possible. We factor a lot into our price e.g. Size of your lot, number of beds, distance from shop, number if members required, time on land, type of grass, frequency of services needed, and more. I would love to have a standardized menu, but it wouldn't be fair to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its an exciting time for us to get to know each other and really listen to what you want. In this industry it is really a best practice to give a quote once we have had a chance to lay eyes on the land. Thanks for your time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry sense 2007 when I was hired by a landscape company and have all around the different avenues of the industry ever sense.
