My driveway and front sidewalk were left dirty with oil and grass stains...not clippings....stains. Part of the backyard was mowed to the ground because the mower bottomed out and my front yard had rows of grass where the mower didn't cut. Owner promised to pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk for me and came back a week later and made it seem as if he didn't have a long enough hose to clean it up. He said he would return later that day. No show or callback. I called the next day and sent a txt and the response I received was 'I'm in a meeting'. Horrible experience. This company is a SCAM. Do not hire them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep our pricing as fair and affordable as possible. We factor a lot into our price e.g. Size of your lot, number of beds, distance from shop, number if members required, time on land, type of grass, frequency of services needed, and more. I would love to have a standardized menu, but it wouldn't be fair to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its an exciting time for us to get to know each other and really listen to what you want. In this industry it is really a best practice to give a quote once we have had a chance to lay eyes on the land. Thanks for your time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry sense 2007 when I was hired by a landscape company and have all around the different avenues of the industry ever sense.
