Improve professionalism and results! Did not care about my home. Did not bring or use dropcloths and sprayed cleaner all over walls, floors, and other furniture. Did not disclose that he would not accept credit cards and then demanded that we had to pay through Western Union. Was in a major hurry and did NOT do a quality job in the end. If you care about your property and your belongings, I would never use this company!

sorry if you weren't happy with the job but the technician did tell you before anything that we weren't accepting credit cards that weekend and kindly apologized and offered to leave but you said you could pay cash because you didn't have checks . after my technician driving you all the way to the bank you didn't remember your pin number and he had to bring you back home where he then had to improvise and find a way to get paid which was through western union and he gave you a $80.00 discount and paid the western union fees . lastly the tech spent 20 minutes mopping your entire house after the job. also we have before and after pictures of the couches and they came out very clean but we're sorry if you weren't satisfied
