On the writing side, I have written content and marketing materials for several companies, press releases, website content, and I have several published articles. I enjoy writing in all forms, and it is something I do daily, be it for a client or the book that I am working on. On the executive administrative assistant side, I just thoroughly enjoy making someone else's job just a little bit easier each day. If I can take even a small portion off of someone else's plate, to make their day a little smoother, then I am doing my job and that makes me happy.

Amanda was hired as a part-time temporary staff member to assist the Administrative Assistant in maintaining HOA records, creating various documents for Board of Directors, Committees and General Manager. Duties also included creating and sending letters to homeowners, maintaining insurance documents, contracts and invoices for vendors performing work at our location. She was a pleasure to work with, always had a positive attitude about all assignments given to her. Would definitely use her services again in the future.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I typically charge $20-$25 per hour for administrative related work depending on the type and length of the assignment. This is flexible depending on the project type and a flat fee may be negotiated instead. If you are in need of writing services, my rates vary depending on the type of writing services you are needing. For example; resume writing is typically a flat fee of $45, website content will be billed per hour, etc.
