Please read this story if you want to know how this company really is. I needed to do a lot to mine and husbands house my husband is 67 and I'm 61 years old so we have medical reasons for everything we needed done. We needed a bigger room for medical equipment so we decided to turn the garage in to our new room so we needed the garage door taken off and a wall framed it needed to be sheet rocked, siding on the outside, a window, french doors, and a extra spot in the wall for a AC/heater unit we needed the house cleaned and disinfected, painted in side, and out and we needed our fence replaced. So we pretty much needed a major over haul to our home because of my husbands illness. So I had already wrapped my mind around the fact that I was going to have to call a lot of different companies and I was also going to have to save and get a decent sized loan because well I don't have much money because we are on a fixed income. I had gotten a few estemates from different companies, but I almost had a heart attack when I saw how much those companies wanted for the just the fencing. Then I had a neighbor give me a card for this company owned by a young man named James. I called and set up a time for James to come out to give a estimate for just the fence because I had assumed that was all they did but I started talking to this young man and ended up discussing my husband's condition and everything that needed to be done. He told me that their company did a lot more than just fence and could do everything we needed I was completely stunned that their company did all these different things. Then I thought to myself just wait because its going to cost a arm and leg. So I let him do what he needed so we could get the estimate that I was sure was going to bring me one step closer to that heart attack. When he brought me the estimate. I was completely surprised when I saw the amount. For the price of the most expensive estimate I had received from the other companies I was able to get the fence, the cleaning, and the garage turned in to our bedroom so needless to say I hired them on the spot to do the whole house it took the crew 8 days to finish everything. On the last day I was gone for half the day so when they arrived to finish I was not there. I returned home around 1pm and I was shocked to see that the lawn had been mowed and trimmed because that was not included in the estimate and my husband was sitting in his wheelchair on the front porch with this young man James talking to him as if they had known each other for a long time. which is very unusual because my husband does not get along with very many people. Its even hard for me to get along with him sometimes let alone a complete stranger. so I asked my husband why he was outside and he told me "well all of his guys started leaving so I asked James if he would mind staying behind so he could walk me around and show me everything they had done to the house." I then asked James if my husband had asked him to add in anything because I wanted to make sure that he got paid for all of the beautiful work he did. He would not accept payment for any of the landscaping he did. It wasn't till later that I realized James even mowed the backyard and cleaned the gutters. so I decided to hire them to come out to do it on a regular basis this was 4 months ago. Now every other week he comes to check up on us and mow the yard. it wasn't until this last time that he showed what he wanted his company to stand for. James showed up like usual I took my husband out to the front so he could get some outside time and talk to James while he mowed and did what he had to do after about 2 hours James had to leave so I brought my husband in side and he said something strange he said "well I guess its been long enough." He then asked for me to go get his slippers when I handed them to him he reached in and pulled out a whole bunch of money. I was in complete disbelief at the amount of money he just handed me. I asked him where he got it he told me that when him and James were talking it had came up that we had to get a loan for the work we needed done to the house and the next time he came back he gave me the money so you could pay off the loan. then he said the money you give James for mowing well as soon as you go inside he hands it right back to me, and instantly I started to cry. God sent us such a blessing not only did we get a beautiful home, but my husband has someone he enjoys talking to. I don't think you will find a company with better values, honesty, or more caring than this company.
