Josh and his crew are nice guys, but when you pay a small fortune, you expect good results. I was quoted 2 days of work, 1 day prep and 1 day to lay sod. In total I got maybe 9 hours of effort, and my major disappointment was the lack of prep work. The yard has huge lumps and holes all over it due to lack of any real prep work. This yard is likely to become a real ankle breaker because of the poor effort of this company. I have tried to contact Josh multiple times prior to posting this review, no response. Lastly, if your not satisfied speak up before payment, they run to the bank and cash the check immediately, then don't respond to the customer if you have any issues. Feel free to contact me with any questions or would like to see my yard.

Professional Lawn Wizards built our privacy fence. They were way more affordable than other services I had explored. The crew came in and got the job done pretty quickly and now I have a new fence. They did clean work. Josh is a super friendly and resourceful guy and seems well equipped to handle a wide variety of jobs.

The work is unfinished after a month and what work has been done is poor quality. Josh never comes when he says he's going to and blames all of his problems on his employee. He laid sod down without properly smoothing the ground so it's lumpy and dangerous and the sprinkler heads are now two inches below the level of the turf. He doesn't see the problem with that. He also "trimmed" a thirty foot spruce tree in my front yard and it's essentially ruined. He blamed that on his employee too. By the way, I did not ask for the tree to be trimmed. He's stopped taking my calls.

We have the most adorable sod install prices in the Denver area. For only $1.50 per Sq. Ft. That includes sod, delivery of sod, organic compost, install of sod. There are no hidden fees like other companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the property. Give a free bid. Send your free bid via email. Sign contract, before the date we are starting the project. To be placed in my planner. My planer is 1st come 1st serve. Get the deposit of half the day we start the project. On bigger jobs the payments are split up. Do our magic and transform your yard to how you want it. Get final payment. Ask for a review.
