About this pro
I believe in a collaborative healing approach. Together, we identify areas of concern and develop strategies for change. I believe in exploring the underlying causes of our struggles. My approach is varied, taking and blending techniques from a variety of sources, rather than relying on a single system of intervention. I strive to create a safe, non-judging environment for you to explore your world in an authentic way. I earned a MA in Counseling at Regis University, as well as an MBA and MS from the University of Colorado. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. My office is located at I-25 and Colorado Boulevard. Individual Therapy- Recognizing the need for change can be exciting. The path forward is sometimes unclear, and at times, overwhelming. Together, we will develop a plan for the change you desire. Over time, this change can become long-lasting, and transformative. Couples Counseling- We all bring our personal history and experience to relationship. I believe that sharing this story with your partner in different ways can reveal a deeper level of understanding and intimacy. A new way of relating announces itself; revealing entirely new possibilities in your relationship.
