- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use competitive pricing and are 10% cheaper than the national Construction pricing average. We give discounts to senior citizens and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Peña's Landscaping & Remodeling LLC, we take the time to come out and meet all new and existing customers. First, we send out a Peña's Pro, to get to know our customers. We take in every client as a friendship not a business relationship. Second, we'll have a walk through to get a visual of the remodeling or Landscaping project you have dreamed about. We get accurate measurements and pictures in the process. Third, we explain all that we specialize in, we give you ideas if you're having a hard time with plans and design. We go over contract, pricing, labor, materials, We explain the process thoroughly from beginning to end. Fourth, we will provide you with a blueprint or a landscape design, with the type of project permitting. Finally once started on your project we involve you in the process incase of any design changes or add ons. We make sure every single customer is happy and 100% satisfied at the last walk through when we are completely finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Ben, owner of Peña's Landscaping and Remodeling LLC. *Graduated high school, *Got my bachelors degree in CAD architectural design. * 10yrs experience working in the field of all carpentry. *The skills and craftsmanship i have, I have acquired are from my father. He as well owned a construction company. Had me working, teaching since a young boy.
