- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is $200/hour with a $2,500 retainer (for full representation). I accept payment plans and offer sliding scale fees for both my hourly rate and retainer, depending on income. I used to work at big law firms at $200+/hour plus high retainers. You get the same quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service (bundled or unbundled), I meet with clients for intake to discuss their range of options and to help them create a plan for their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Colorado native! I have my Juris Doctor (J.D.), or law degree, from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I have federal trial experience in the field of civil rights, in addition to over four years of family law experience. I also worked with the U.N. in The Netherlands during my last year of law school. In a nut shell, I love law and representing clients who need representation the most.
