FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For private shoots, I usually charge a $350 shoot fee and $15/photo that the client would like edited for purchase. Unlike other photographers, I do not set a time limit for our session. The shoot fee is all inclusive, with no time limit and unlimited amount of outfit changes. My clients receive two copies of each photo that is edited for purchase, one in color and one in B&W!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very hands on and collaborative approach, working with all of my clients from the initial phone call or email all the way to the shoot date and delivering the final photos. I am a meticulous planner and like to really get to know my clients so I can tailor our shoot to meet all of their individual needs. I walk through the shoot conceptually before every picking up my camera, guiding my clients through every aspect of the project - from location choosing, wardrobe selection and scheduling. During the shoot, I'm a hands on collaborator - guiding my client's through a combination of personal direction and individual expression. After the shoot date, I upload a preview gallery of our shoot to a private, password protected gallery and help with image selection. After the client has selected their final photos, I spend a significant amount of time retouching and refining the images and formatting them for both print and web viewing. I also offer easy, hassle free print orders through my website.
