I actually didn't go to Gayle for help, I was installing a security system for her. Sometimes I get into some tight places running wire and I somehow managed to tweak my back a few days earlier and was really struggling. Every move I made hurt and I was breathing shallow, but I couldn't miss work, so I was taking an unhealthy amount of alieve and fighting through. When I was finished with Gayle's install and going through the system with her, she said I was standing funny and asked if I was feeling ok. I said, oh, you know, not a big deal just tweaked my back a little, I'll be fine. She asked me to do a quick reach with my arm, and of course I grimaced from pain and I said well maybe it hurts more than I am admitting. She asked if she could just look at a few things so I said what the heck go ahead. She ran me through a bunch of movements, and within about 5 minutes determined that my hips were misaligned! After a couple more stretches and very particular push pull things, the pain was gone and I could take deep breaths and twist and everything. It was crazy. She showed me what to do if it came back, which it must be a repetitive thing, maybe how I sit in my truck or something, because I have used the stretches to cure myself a few times now, but all I can say is that she is wonderful. She cares about people, she's a genius and very fast at figuring out what was wrong. Hard to explain, I don't really like doctors all that much, but I just trust her. I've referred my employees and clients and everybody says the same thing. It's crazy what she can fix in an hour! Thank you again Gayle :)

My experience at Rejuvenation PT was excellent. Gayle is an exceptional physical therapist - skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and just a nice person who truly cares about people. I was diagnosed with early onset arthritis in my knee. After approximately 5 visits comprised of deep massage, stretching and dry needling (wow!) I was on my road to recovery. Also, she gave me exercises that I continue to do at home, even after 4 months of being 100%! Gayle has helped improve my quality of life and allowed me the ability to hit the gym, ski and play soccer again! I highly recommend Gayle, a fantastic experience all the way around.

My job requires physical labor daily and I had old lingering back and shoulder pain that, at age 31 I assumed I would just have to deal with for the rest of my life. After re injuring my back again from a lift Gayle was referred to me by my employer and after the very first visit which took only an hour I was up and back to work the next day. Dry needling was something I was totally unfamiliar with and the thought of 4inch needles isn't something most people look forward to hearing as a solution but her professionalism puts u at ease and the pain is not at all unbearable and you come out rejuvenated! I was back to work the next day making money! Thanks Gayle!

$120/hr for physical therapy $70/hr for one on one reformer Pilates classes $60/hr for 40 minutes of fire cupping
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Number one is finding out their needs and what they need from me. Based on that conversation, the first visit is 60 minutes and comprised of a head to toe physical therapy assessment. Based on the results of that assessment, I formulate a treatment plan, providing treatment that first visit and a home exercise program for patients to go home with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from earning my doctorate in physical therapy, I have been certified in Pilates rehabilitation since 2004, certified in kinesiotaping since 2007, certified in trigger point dry needling since 2010, certified in cupping therapy since 2011 and certified in SFMA since 2012. Additional continuing education courses I have taken include Vestibular Rehabilitation, When the Feet Hit the Ground...Everything Changes - Level I, MET of the Thoracic Spine and Ribs, Functional Orthopaedics I and II
