- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Number one is finding out their needs and what they need from me. Based on that conversation, the first visit is 60 minutes and comprised of a head to toe physical therapy assessment. Based on the results of that assessment, I formulate a treatment plan, providing treatment that first visit and a home exercise program for patients to go home with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from earning my doctorate in physical therapy, I have been certified in Pilates rehabilitation since 2004, certified in kinesiotaping since 2007, certified in trigger point dry needling since 2010, certified in cupping therapy since 2011 and certified in SFMA since 2012. Additional continuing education courses I have taken include Vestibular Rehabilitation, When the Feet Hit the Ground...Everything Changes - Level I, MET of the Thoracic Spine and Ribs, Functional Orthopaedics I and II
