Chef April is absolutely amazing in her craft and in how she interacts with her clients! While with her, my experience included a breakfast meal of homemade french toast with blueberry compote. She answered questions that I had while making this meal and gave me ideas for making these in the future. For someone who loves to cook but needs some work, she was super helpful. Our meal was beyond delicious and by far the best french toast I have ever had. It was fresh, warm. and the flavors were perfectly sweet. She has a great spirit and it shows in her work and communication with you. I believe she has something to offer anyone and you are lucky to have the chance to have her as your Chef!Aug 7, 2017
Chef April is the real deal! She exceeds every expectation every time she prepares a dish. Things I never had a taste for this Chef was able to prepare to the extent where I was left wanting for more. Her ability to cater to each person's dietary needs is extraordinary its obvious her knowledge for cuisine as well as customer service is above par.Aug 2, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Somethings are but customizing each customer event has been an awesome way to interact with customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After contacting customer there's an intro of who I am, information concerning the customer and their event. We move forward on if there's a budget ,date, time, #of guest etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a certified Culinary Arts Chef and Hospitality Manager,2009 Outstanding Student Culinarian Award from American Culinary Federation Michigan Chefs De Cuisine Association
