Somethings are but customizing each customer event has been an awesome way to interact with customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting customer there's an intro of who I am, information concerning the customer and their event. We move forward on if there's a budget ,date, time, #of guest etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
