Introduction: We're two sisters and an adult son/nephew who have been pet sitting over 5 years. Our service stands out because we LOVE animals as our reviews tell. It's not "work" or just a "job", we do it because of our love of animals. Your animal will let you know that the minute it meets us. We are mature, well rounded and have common sense galore. We have the old work ethic, VERY reliable, flexible, responsible, loving care givers. Honesty is at the top of the heap and we take our responsibility very seriously. We've sat with horses, goats, fish, birds, chickens, pigs, iguanas, ferrets and an African hedgehog. With the 3 of us working together, you'll NEVER be left scrambling for care, even if it's a last minute request. We do one job each at a time - no dividing our time between two or more jobs each. We've sat up to a month while the "parents" were traveling the world. Finding mature, reliable, stable, loving pet sitters who are available 24-7, holidays, last minute and weekends, isn't always easy, so please, give us a try; you'll be glad you did. we do drop ins for walks as well as overnights. I have been very pleased with Connie, Barb and Todd's expertise with my dogs. Both dogs are small rescue dogs who had much abuse before I adopted them. After surgery I needed help with walking and caring for them. The dogs immediately responded well and their behaviors have greatly improved since they've been working with them. When I get their harnesses out they get SO happy as they know one of them is coming to see them. I highly recommend them for their skills and flexibility to meet the dogs' needs and I know they are safe and happy. They respond quickly even for last minute calls. They get five stars and lots of tail wagging from this family. The cats are jealous they don't get as much of their attention as they love her too, but at our house she is the dogs' best friend!

If you want to truly relax on your vacation and not worry about your animals while you're away, hire these 3 people. They are highly organized and caring dog sitters. They treated our dog like he was part of their family and kept me at ease while I was away with updates and photos. The long: Our dog, Duke, has been asked to leave more than one boarding facility for being "difficult." He has separation anxiety, trouble with thunderstorms and loud noises and strangers. These sitters were the first to actually listen to me regarding his high-maintenance needs and instead of backing out, they completely embraced him for who he is: a lovable pup! They had me fill out a very thorough questionnaire before he stayed with them. It covered everything! They used that info and what I told her about his anxieties and came up with a plan to keep him happy, comfortable and feeling secure. While I was away they emailed me updates and photos, so that I could truly relax and enjoy my trip, knowing that my dog was in excellent care. I can't say enough great things about our experience with them. They truly opened up their hearts and home for our dog and made him part of the family while we were away.

Connie, Barb and Todd cared for my two dogs, two cats, fish and a goat for a month while we were in Europe and did such a great job! My boys were very happy and relaxed and seemed to have a wonderful time with them. They are very good about giving updates, which I appreciated. They take their job very seriously, which is important in a caregiver, so you know you can feel comfortable while you're away. I came home to clean bedding, clean floors, mail inside, flowers watered and even the lawn mowed and edged. They really go above and beyond. Also, one of the dogs had to be rushed in for emergency care and my doctor reported to me at how level headed and calm they were, easy to talk to and get information from and they even paid for it with their own credit card. They are exceptional, on time, reliable, and do an outstanding job. What's nice with them, is that they are family with two of them living together so if schedules change or an emergency comes up, there are 3 people to depend on. I would HIGHLY recommend any one of the 3.

Barb, Connie and Todd are the absolute best and I'm so grateful for them. I was heading out of town for 17 days, never having left my two babies in the care of anyone. When we realized they were too far away from me to do a drop in and after seeing the spotlessly clean home, I knew they would be safe and in great hands. 24/7 care was out of my budget, but she was flexible and we found a daily rate that worked well for us both, which was incredibly helpful. After 15 days on vacation out of the country, I had to extend my travel plans due to a funeral and they were more than accommodating. The boys stayed an extra five days and they went above and beyond to work with my travel plans. The boys were all packed up and ready to head home when I arrived. I was sent updates by email and I didn't worry about a thing. They are true animal lovers and I felt so secure leaving my boys with them. I will absolutely hire them again and if they're available, you won't regret working with them. They will treat your babies like the fur kids they are to you!

Barb, Connie and Todd have stayed with our Yorkies for over three years and we don't have to worry about anything when away! We will continue to use them again and again for our travel plans in the future. They truly cater to the animal and whatever they need, even if they are sick - they are so caring and patient. Lastly, they even though they were fully booked, they stayed with them extra nights because they didm't want the dogs to be alone, as our flights were canceled due to a blizzard! Thank you so much you guys. I highly recommend them for all your sitting needs and when we come home it's as if no one was even there. The detail to leaving the house clean is better than a cleaning company would do. They are excellent.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, since every situation is so different. Overnights are usually $50 for one animal - which equates to $2 an hour for the care of the home and animal. We remind people that they can spend more than $50 on dinner and drinks, while we're holding down the home front for 24 hrs for that. We've done several "rescue" sits because a person has chosen someone else over us because we were $5 more only to have the person not show up or have a last minute emergency. With the 3 of us, you'll never have that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the client likes what they read about us, we set up a Meet and Greet at their home. 95% of our business is overnight at the client's home, but we also do drop ins for walks. If they decide during that meeting to use us, a 50% cash deposit is taken to assure them of a spot on our calendar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life, hands on experience and common sense has given us experience that no class, book or test could ever do.
