Chef Alec catered my wedding, and he did a fantastic job. People came up to me all throughout the reception and the next day telling me how much they loved the food. At most weddings I've been to, the dinner is usually not something to comment on or is not something people remember, but it was definitely a highlight of our wedding day. We had a very unique flavor profile in mind since my husband is from Hawai'i, and Chef Alec was able to capture exactly what we were looking for. We were able to share with our guests the flavors we love and now some of them are going to seek out Hawaiian food and even asked if he has a restaurant where they can be served the same meal again - I don't know how much higher of a compliment I can give than that! He was also professional and thoughtful and we felt like we were in great hands the whole way through the planning process. Mahalo Chef Alec!

Wow! Chef Alec and his team delivered a first-class experience for our guests at the Oscar-themed evening. So glad we found you! Amazing food, impeccable service, excellent value. Food was great and the service was outstanding! The only nitpick we had was that we ran out of steamed vegies before half of the guests were served. Overall we were very happy. Thank you Chef Bruno!

Chef Alec was excellent for our Christmas dinner. He prepared everything set it all up and the presentation was lovely and then left He brought all serving pieces and dishes for us He was so fair in price with the level of food presented to us and the service he gave us The appetizers were delicious The turkey was so moist and yummy The red meat was also excellent We had all the sides and everything was great I would highly recommend Chef Alec
