I cant say enough good things about this company. I had a horrible experience with another reputable plumber. I called Rooterguy office upset and frantic that I hadn't had hot water in days. The office girl assured me she would get someone out that day and they would service my water heater even though it was 13 years old. When the tech, Manny, came out he showed me that the other company was wrong and my water heater was only under 8 years old. He called the manufacturer to verify and to help find the part in the metro area even though it was past 5pm. The next day he came out and fixed my problem for a reasonable $580 (not a new heater as I was told I had to buy prevously). They took care of me when I needed it the most. I will be using them again.
