Everyone I worked with was great! My house is over 100 years old, so I walked into the project knowing after demo there would be surprises. They helped walk me through solutions to best adapt to the surprises found and stay true to my vision. Extremely honest & fair. They spent the time to work through best solutions and kept me apprised. Ian did a great job on the tile work (including coming up with edging solutions to match my vision) and working through the plumbing challenges. David held everybody accountable and found an electrician willing to address the problems uncovered with a reasonable solution. No question that I would use them again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

David, Ian, and Oliver helped to remodel our kitchen. They handled all of the demolition, painting, backsplash, and repair of the hard wood floor. They also removed the popcorn ceiling from my living room and installed a ceiling fan. My home was built in 1941 and they easily handled the unexpected surprises you always find when you work on older homes. They were easy to work with and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was out of state for some of the time and I knew I could trust them completely - to do an excellent job, and to stay in touch every day. I had an existing agreement with Lowe's for the installation of the new cabinets and appliances. If that had not been the case, I am sure that Patina Build could have handled the entire remodel project. I highly recommend Patina Build, and I know I will work with them again.
