Tom Reroofed Two Duplexes for me. One was a simple Shake to Asphalt Shingle Roof. The other was replacing a Tectum Roof with 2X10s for support, drywall, lights, insulation, plywood & a Tar and Gravel Roof.
Tom also replaced the roof on one building in a Condo Association I had a unit.
All of this was done within the time and expense quoted.
If I had another project, I wouldn't hesitate to call Tom.
