FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our initial consultations are free of charge! Once we are retained, we charge a 30% contingency fee for personal injury and insurance dispute cases (40% once a complaint is filed in Court) and $190/hour for all family/employment law cases. A contingency fee is simply a percentage of the amount recovered on your behalf. In other words, you don’t pay us unless we actually recover money for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we make contact with a prospective client, we take the time to understand the nature of your legal claim or problem. Sometimes just speaking to a knowledgeable attorney can put your mind at ease and put you on a path to protect your rights. Once a client retains us, we work diligently and aggressively to pursue your legal remedies and rights.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys are licensed attorneys from ABA accredited law schools. Each of our attorneys are licensed to practice law in Colorado.
