- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it's more than one person, I will charge an hourly rate (which works out in your favor!). If I am traveling to you, I will include my travel rate in my price. If it's one person, it will be a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a TON of questions, look through pictures, and am honest with my clients on what will look good and what will not. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be an Advanced educator for Aveda licensed stylists for 4 years. I continue to take classes to keep my mind fresh and looks creative.
