- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75 per hour. For full-service design (where I am involved throughout the entire project) I will provide a custom quote based on your project and needs. For limited-service design (what I call "One Spot", where I provide initial direction and you implement), I have typical pricing by space on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free 1 hour consultation at your home or business. This way I can get a feel for the space and your needs, and we can see if we are a good fit. I will then provide a proposal for my time based on your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, restaurant & hotel owners, small businesses, and multi-family unit developers.
