- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically $1.45 per sq ft for attic to air seal and add less than 8" to get to 16" or $1.65 to air seal and add more than 8" to air seal. It all depends, but we dig through EVERY inch to find any problems. We like getting dirty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking them what they feel are the problem areas. While you can always spend thousands of dollars to install more and more insulation, sometimes simply weatherizing a door or window will do the trick and save you time and money. It's your home and we will make sure we listen to you. If things can be done in stages as a small company we don't mind doing that to see if that fixes the problem.
