Honest contractor. I actually didn’t have Jason replace my insulation in my crawl space but that was because he did an inspection of it and recommended that it might not be that valuable of an investment. He gave me a rough estimate and said he’d be happy to do it but my insulation wasn’t in that bad of shape and I might not really get the return on investment I’d like. That perhaps there’s other ways to make other improvements. It’s pretty hard to find contractors that will look at it from the lens of the value the customer is getting from it. Much appreciated.
