- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing relies heavily on trade. Some customers want a full bath remodel (fixtures, tile, cabinetry) Others may only need a new vanity and toilet, etc. one of the things that makes quoting remodels interesting is that each job is different and there may be multiple trades involved. Ask your contractor for more info as you discuss your remodel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free onsite consultations to all remodel clients. Once onsite, we discuss design options and answer any questions the home owner has. Within 48 hours, the floorplan and quote are created and sent to the customer electronically.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently my favorite would have to be a tub swap we did for a very dear customer. It's why we do what we do.
