Emily and Matt were amazing. Emily was able to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic almost immediately and Matt was extremely thorough and professional. My system problems were corrected within hours instead of the week or more with other companies. Lingows also came to my residence, saving me time. I really appreciated how this company took the time to explain the issues, what they did to fix them, and what I needed to look out for in the future. I would highly recommend the experts at Lingows for any PC needs!

I had a great experience, Matt was quick to come out, had what he needed with him to fix our system, and spent time making sure it was ALL working before leaving - I would highly recommend him to anyone!

WOW! I hired a technician from Geek Squad a few months back because of a sever and network issue, and all I can say I got from that was the same problem a few days later and I was out 3 hrs of my time AND $275. I called best buy and asked for them to come back out and make it right. They told me that I would have to pay for another technician to come out and work on the same issue and see if they could fix it this time. NO WAY!!
I decided to call Lingows because they offered to come out at no charge to our business, and give an assessment on the work. One of the owners named Matthias came out and had us 100% functional within 1 hr and spent another 30 mins speeding up the PC's in the office. We have not had any problems since his visit.

I have always gone to the "big box" stores for general computer questions and also for getting my computer fixed so that my business would be fully protected. After discovering Lingows, I will never use the "big box" stores again. When I first contacted Lingows, Matt was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to whatever question I had. He provides great customer service and is very good at communicating. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted him with my computer. He ran a security system scan and found close to 16 viruses and of those 10 of them were major threats. The "big box" stores never found any viruses. However, when Matt found these viruses, they were located inside a "back up" file that the box store never could find. They always just told me I needed a new computer, more memory and better virus protection. Thanks to Matt over at Lingows, my computer runs much faster, and is up to date on all security protection. I recommend them to anyone I talk to. Thanks again!

We needed our small business and personal laptops, pcs, and smart phones to be cleaned up, reorganized, and run more efficiently, and our important records to be safely stored in the cloud. Lingows staff responded, and were professional, thorough and extremely helpful in getting the job done, so that we could quickly get back to business! We were VERY pleased with Lingows, and would highly recommend their services!
