- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the most expensive nor are we the cheapest we price according what it cost to run a professional business, we do not bait you to earn your business... fees include minor repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to there needs...we access the issues and offer our suggestions, if minor repairs are needed we get the unit up and running (no extra charge) if major repairs or replacement is needed we will educate and are up front with pricing, with a written estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ICC master mechanical license, with many certifications that I took to qualify me to be an engineer for Lockheed Martin and for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. training I believe is 20% Schooling and 80% in the field applying what you learned and discovering more talents over the years my experience and joy have come to where I am at today
