- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of costs that go in to making cakes and desserts that it can be a little pricey such as ingredients, packaging, customization for you, transportation along with the time it takes to make your special order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Johnson and wales university for baking and pastry and food service management. I have worked in baking commissaries and and currently working at a catering company.

how much are you willing to spend? do you have specific flavors in mind? do you have an idea of what you want in overall style?
