Water leakage in the house is a stressful situation to face. I appreciate this crew for changing a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Efrem, I believe is the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing all my questions. They gave me a quick response and did a great job fixing the damage. I'm really glad I chose this team. I would recommend them. Thanks again!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

1-800 Water Damage offers free on-site inspections and estimates with fast response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also handle mold remediation and inspections.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process with new customers is once we assess the problem and structure a solution, we walk the customer through our findings and what we will be doing to resolve the issue.
