Introduction: I've found that quality in my work not only keeps me working, but it keeps me working when it gets slow. I've always refused to cut corners to save money also, a little research and applying a little wisdom are just as good a tool to save money as cutting corners or using inferior materials, with less callbacks that cost money.
I'm constantly learning, plumbing changes so much on codes, applications what works and what doesn't. there's not too many other things I'd rather be doing for a living. Its never boring and most of the time just plain fun.

Scott did a great job with an “emergency” hot water heater issue. It went out on a Saturday & he was there on Sunday replacing it. Consequently we ended up hiring him to do 2-3 additional plumbing jobs. He was friendly & efficient & his prices were very fair. We WILL hire him again & we strongly recommend his company for any of your plumbing needs.

We had an appointment and Scott didn't show up. I waited for an hour but got no courtesy text or response from him that he'll not be able to make it or if he'll be late.

He did not make the appointment. Problem was he didn’t message me that he would be late until the time of the appointment, after I had left work to be home. Wanted to reschedule for the next day due to evening traffic concerns. Initially rejected the offer but then attempted a reschedule. No response. Oh well. Gotta move on.

Our water heater went out on Saturday night. Scott responded and came out the next day. He went over the entire scope of the project explaining everything. Scott’s prices were very reasonable and he took care of everything. Scott was very easy to work with and we would definitely use his services again. We really appreciated the fact he came out on a Sunday and got our house back up with running water again. 😁
