The entire crew at Kodiak Construction were consistently courteous, explained what they were doing and gave us options, and were always available for prompt communication via text or phone calls. We so appreciated this, as well as the great job they did demoing our fireplace and rebuilding the wall and ceiling afterwards. They kept the work site clean and really went there extra mile to make sure we were happy with the end result!
