I used to think I met Ben by accident (in my apartment building elevator), but I’ve grown to appreciate that it was not at all an accident: Ben showed up when I was at complete rock bottom at over 360 lbs. Ben has guided me toward a more optimal life, both physically and mentally. He is a gifted trainer and coach who has not only taught me to find my place in the fitness arena but has also helped me navigate the immensely complex journey of triple-digit weight loss! Ben has a solid understanding of the body and makes the science of healthy movement very approachable—and individual for each person. Working with Ben King has been incredible from the start. I have played sports all my life at a very high level, however post college I started having trouble keeping in shape without mandatory workouts and constant conditioning. I've been working with Ben since May. Initially, I made a 3 month commitment based on 3 - 1hr sessions per week. I was so happy with the progress that was made that I decided to commit to an additional 9 months before the first 3 month period was over. I can say with all sincerity that making the decision to start working with Ben has been one of the best decisions I've made in the past number of years. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer convenient and budget-friendly monthly payment options and prepaid packages. Discounts are provided based on three variables: length of commitment, session frequency and prepayment for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we will schedule a free consultation to get to know each other and discuss your specific goals and what is most important to your journey. If we both decide it's a great fit, we will schedule your first session. Each client is unique, therefore, a customized plan will be implemented to fit your wants and needs. Next, our action plan is launched and we are underway to achieving your goals!
