Demi graduated from Red Rocks Community College with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Holistic Health, with an emphasis on meditation techniques, holistic nutrition, reflexology, and metaphysical modalities, including crystal healing, and healing touch. Demi’s time spent at RRCC inspired her to move forward with her education and pursue more body-focused healing, which led her to complete her massage training at the Aveda Institute in Denver. There, her inspiration for treating mind, body, and spirit was solidified through the lens of Ayurvedic practices. Demi has been a certified massage therapist for almost 6 years, where her main focus has been treating the body through trigger point therapy and deep therapeutic release. She listens to her intuition and take cues from the body to interpret what the body and soul need to heal and thrive.

I have been getting massage from Demi for about two years now, and she has yet to disappoint. I have chronic back and wrist pain from a lifetime of repetivie motion and bad posture and she always makes me feel better. Demi is always on time and she is very good at estimating the eighth amount of pressure, especially after one or two massages. Best of all she really gets in there if you ask her too, so it’s not a superficial rubbing in of lotion, more of a therapeutic deeper massage for me.

I have package deals. I can also work with you on price but my price does reflect my experience and Training.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a consultation before every session to talk about your bodies needs. I’ll adjust pressure according to your comfort during the massage!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS in holistic health. 6 years of massage experience. Crystal healing , reiki , healing touch, reflexology , myofacial release, trigger point therapy, pre-natal massage and Tmj massage.
