- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create a custom flat-rate quote for all my clients, and my pricing typically ranges between $700and $1500 total depending on the date, length, and travel time for each wedding. The majority of my weddings are between four and six hours and are usually $850- 1000. I werequire a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, with the balance due 30 days before the wedding. My quote includes all the equipment needed for your wedding, including additional sound systems, extra speakers, and wireless microphones. I dont charge extra for any equipment at all, and I will not come back after you sign a contract and try to up-sell you on anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting me to check availability for your date, I will email you to schedule an initial call/meeting so we can talk about your plans and see if Im a good fit for your wedding. I typically conduct my meetings in person, but if you would like to do it over the phone we can surely make that work. Initial meetings typically take about 20 minutes and its a chance for us to get to know each other and ask questions. Afterwards, Ill email you a contract and put a hold on your date for 7 days. Simply mail back the signed contract with deposit to hold the date. If meeting in person, you can give me the deposit check at that time and we are all set.
