- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a few options for pricing which will depend on the accounting, tax services, and customer's preference. We work with each customer individually to find a plan that is reasonable. Unlike most of our competitors we choose to offer personalized solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin a new assignment, one of the managers will meet our new customer. We will examine the major areas of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of meeting, we will submit a proposal for cost. Should you choose to accept the proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project and institute a recurring itinerary.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers are mainly individuals and small businesses with up to 50 employees. Small businesses can take the form of sole proprietors, partnerships and even corporations. A mix of persons with rental properties, Ministers of Religion, Automobile Repairs, Cellular phone franchisees, restaurants, supermarkets, real estate agents, etc.
