- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are fixed rates based on scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you are a new customer, there will be a consultation to make sure that I am the right fit for you and you are the right fit with me. Upon agreement to move further with the design process, the customer will need to sign a service contract agreeing with the terms and conditions of my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training is self taught over the 10 years of using my programs to complete my work.
