- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers, 1. We will speak about your career interest and what type of positions you are looking for through email. 2. I will discuss turnaround time frames, price and what I can do to enhance your resume. 3. Once invoice is sent payment will be due, unless discussed otherwise. 4. Once payment is received, you may email over all documents and/or information needed to complete your resume. 5. I will review the information you submitted and send a follow up email with questions if needed. 6. Once I complete your documents and send you the first draft, you will have to approve or suggest changes to those documents. 7. Once changes are made if needed, documents will be emailed to out in PDF and Word format. You will then have 7 days to request or suggest any other changes. 8. I can then update or create your Linkedin account with your new information. 9. You will have 2 free revisions after the process is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been employed for the past 6 and a 1/2 years with the State of Michigan Work first Program, assisting clients with getting employment ready by creating resumes and cover letters for interviews. From working with various job developers and employers here in our program I have a good understanding of what employers are looking for on a resume. I will get your resume looked at and not looked over!! Currently pursing my Bachelors Degree in Management and Human Resources at DeVry University.
