Aaron has been keeping my books in order for the past three years. Through QuickBooks he has kept all of my money organized, and I get to see this through my monthly financial statements he provides. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is customized for each client specifically. We try and provide as much value as possible for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, we start off with a phone meeting to review what the client's needs are. Once we establish that we would be a good fit, we will suggest a time to meet at the client's location or at our office in Diamond Bar, CA. During that meeting, we will review all of the details and give an estimate for the work being preformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a staff of 25 employees including bookkeepers, accountants, payroll professionals, EAs, CPAs, and HR processionals.
