1. On site estimate - includes overview of job and necessary first steps involved 2. Send estimate - including date to begin work and await customer approval 3. Complete job, invoice customer with agreed terms 4. Follow up visit, if desired

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to the industry back in 2007, working as a brick tender for my uncle who is a mason. I worked weekends and throughout my summers off from school. While attending UNH Thompson, obtaining my associate degree in business, I worked for one of the largest four season landscape companies in the area. Learning the ins and outs of the industry, I realized that this is what I wanted to do for myself and working outdoors made it that much better.
