It took us awhile to write a review as we had some pretty mixed feelings overall. First and foremost we LOVED having these guys out. They were great people and treated us very fair on price, and did an amazing job keeping us as close to the estimate as possible due to some unexpected hiccups that arose during the job. This could have EASILY been a 5 Star, and we honestly thought that’s what we would be writing in this spot. But.... as good as they did with the remodel, and all the big stuff, the devil is in the details, and the finish work defiantly lacked the same quality as the actual construction. Some spots wound up with very light coats of paint, and there are a lot of pin holes in some of the drywall. Some areas got missed with paint all together, and even some of the mud never got sanded, or painted. We have a water pipe that bangs against a vent whenever we run out laundry machines that was never secured. We were told that there were some things that weren’t part of the original estimate, which is fine, but we would rather have paid a few bucks more to get it done all the way. It was a mixed bag..... on one hand, we loved the guys, and were happy with the project as a whole. However, there are some small details that drive us nuts! Maybe it was our bad for paying the balance before the work was complete? Defiantly recommend these guys..... just beware you might need to do some finish work of your own after the fact. I’ll see about adding some photos later.
