- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing to all of our customers, gone is the day that you have to babysit your expert to ensure he's staying on task and working efficiently and not trying to cost you extra in time charges. Our work is up front we will go over the repair costs before beginning and charge you only what was agreed upon before starting. All of our work comes with our satisfaction guarantee if your not happy and we did not deliver on what we promised then we will refund you the repair, we also come with a five year repair warranty, 10 year new system warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to verify all of your information and the issue your experiencing to make sure we set up your visit to be as successful as possible. On the day of your appointment you'll receive an email with the comfort experts name and photograph so you know who is knocking on your door, all of our vehicles are easily identifable with our logo and number on them. After a quick consultation our expert will get to work identifying your issue, any safety concerns, and energy efficiency upgrades that can be done to make your home comfortable, safe, and efficient. Our expert will then go through any options with you and explain in simple terms what to expect from any option. Once your comfortable moving forward our expert will get to work for you completing all tasks, and then ensuring your system is operating within the manufacturers guidelines. Once more he'll walk you through everything that was done and ensure you had a great experience with us, clean everything up to yours and our satisfaction, and leave you with a operating comfort system guaranteed for five years on repairs or 10 years on new equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are fully licensed and trained to perform work needed to provide comfort for your home. Barker Mechanical provides ongoing training for our experts to stay up to date on the latest safety codes, new efficient equipment, and proper service techniques to ensure not only the part that is broken is fixed but to reduce further issues down the road for you.
