- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, unlike many other vendors who like to fee gouge their clients with ridiculous charges (i.e. travel fees, booking fees, setup fees, catering fees, etc), we like to keep things simple with just one price. Generally speaking, we structure our catering prices based on how many people we'll be catering for as well as for how many hours we'll be catering for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with working with new customers are fairly simple... 1) Tell us what type of event we'll be catering for and provide date/time info 2) Tell us how many people we expect to cater for 3) Tell us which dessert options you would like to have catered Once we gather as much info as we can to accommodate your event, we'll then cater your event where all your guests to enjoy our tasty treats.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve catered everything ~ from small to mid-sized neighborhood family Private Parties…to catering for various organizations like for Real Estate New Community Grand Openings, the Boy Scouts, schools like UC Berkeley…to large Fortune 500 companies, such as catering for our Silicon Valley clients like Apple, Genworth Financial, Yahoo, Clorox, Genentech (just to name a few). We’ve even catered ‘backstage’ for several celebrity music artists such as for Chris Brown, Omarion & “Kid Ink” and have also chilled for the NFL’s Oakland Raiders as well!
