Rico went above and beyond what I expected to such an extend that I gave him above his asking price. Given the size of my yard I found him to be exceptionally reasonable. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him for his card and will tell all my friends to hire him!

Never started job because he failed to give me an itemized list of the services he would provide on the job. Told me twice that he would " get it to me" but never did. Told him I could not work that way, that I was sure that he was a fine man, but that either he was too busy right then to add new customers or just not real good a follow up.
