- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to give you an accurate quote, we often need more information. As experts, we often can see complexity that the client would not be aware of in the process of doing the work. So we ask questions first and price second.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mimi has been a business owner and consultant for 30 years. She has worked in a number of industries including healthcare, mining, education, non-profit, and food service. She as a BS from Duke University and an MBA from GA State University. She is a PMP issued by the Project Management Institute and a Change Management Specialist issued by Prosci. We have other consultants who work by contract depending on what the engagement entails.
