When I first started my weight loss journey, I worked out 5 days a week HARD, lots of running, weights and cardio….and guess what happened at the end of 30 days? I GAINED WEIGHT!!! Yes, I gained about 5 pounds in my first 30 days. I cried and cried and cried. Needless to say, I was severely disappointed and wanted to give up. However, my Trainer, Christin Pearson would NOT let me quit. The next 30 days I worked out harder and added clean eating to my regimen. At the end of my 2nd 30 days working out, I had lost 8 pounds!!!! What I can tell you is since having such an amazing Trainer and Fit Family, I have lost over 45 pounds and still dropping. Christin is a wealth of knowledge and very personable. She is available to her members not just as a Trainer but also as a Friend. P2 Fitness is not just a gym....it is a place where women lose the weight and gain confidence. You are not just joining a gym, you're joining a family.
