Introduction: I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and a Physical Therapist. I have 12 years of experience in the healthcare setting. I combine a variety of techniques depending on what your body tells me each session. I use Swedish, Myofascial, and Trigger Point techniques. I care deeply about the well being of my clients. I look at each client as a whole person, not just an issue or deficit. Each session is unique and designed specifically for you. You are just as integral in your session as I am.
