- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing includes high quality paint and two fresh coats of paint. We always recommend to all customers to look at the type of service they are getting when comparing quotes. We have learned that sometimes the cheapest quote is the most expensive one at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing to do is to provide an estimate for the customer, while we are completing the estimate we try to get to know the customer to make sure we understand their needs and build a good relationship from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have only had real life training, which we feel is the best training to have as it is very hands on.
