- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will never look the same for any two customers. My pricing is dependent upon the situation which can include: years of experience, requested completion date and other pertinent details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I consult with the customer. I need to know everything relevant to the request as this will help me in proceeding to determine cost and strategies. Secondly, I come up with a draft of whatever they are requesting (social media package, resume etc.) and run it by them to make sure that I have accurately depicted the theme that they are going for. Third, I send the final copy of said document as well as ask for feedback on how I can become a better professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With almost a decade of experience in writing, storytelling and communications, I have the expertise and experience to assist you in any project you need help with. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication as well as a Master's degree in Public Relations - two nationally ranked programs. In addition to my education, I've worked at the Detroit Free Press, Truscott Rossman, Quicken Loans and now at a Big 10 University as a Communications Manager leading and assisting communications efforts related to student success.
