- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start our by getting to know our customers and about their projects during the first day we arrive for an estimate. Our company never gives estimates over the phone. We do not because we want to start off with a truthful number and gain a good professional relationship with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A life time being born into families of the construction/ landscaping field, along with excavating and masonry. Everyone in Precision has been trained through the family business and gained knowledge through courses we were required to take over the years.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Will this company really care about the outcome of the job being done on my property?
