It would be nice if this company responded to emails, phone calls, texts or any form of communication. This company was supposed to fix a crack in my computer screen, yet they send me home with an even more damaged screen than I began with. I literally paid $85 for them to send me home with an even more damaged computer. Then I tried calling, texting, emailing and nobody would respond. So I went to another company and paid $85 (again!!) to have him fix it correctly. Keep in mind I’m a college student without a lot of extra cash to be spending for someone to fix the errors this company caused.Nov 21, 2017Clyde B.'s reply
Thank you for the constructive feedback, however we wish we were provided with the opportunity to resolve the problem. Although your device was out of warranty and in your possession for more than 3 months we offered to correct the issue free of charge and scheduled a time to do so. The appointment was not kept and multiple attempts to contact you were made.
